All orders are processed and ready to ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and will be confirmed at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of every garment we make. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Tags must be attached
• Original packaging must be included

Custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@thcol.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Quality Guarantee

Every Town Hill garment is inspected before shipping. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost to you.
